Everything in a Techxot AVI report

Six parts, one report. Each is built from real answers collected from AI assistants, and each figure can be traced back to them.

Monitoring & citations

Who AI names, and whose pages it trusts

We ask the questions a buyer asks before they have a supplier in mind. These never name your brand, so a mention is unprompted.

  • Presence rate: the share of answers that name you
  • Share of voice: your slice of all the brand mentions in your category
  • Citation rate: the share of cited sources that are your own pages
  • Breakdowns: by assistant, buyer persona and market
  • Real excerpts: what the assistant said about you, and the sources behind it

Keyword rankings

Where you rank in AI answers, keyword by keyword

Each buyer question stands for a keyword. For every keyword we show your place among the tracked brands, by how often each is named and how early in the answer.

  • Your rank and presence for each keyword
  • The brands AI names most for it
  • Whether your own pages were cited
  • Keywords where AI does not name you at all

These are rankings in AI answers, not positions in a search engine.

Page readiness

Can AI read and cite your pages?

We fetch your key pages the way a crawler does and score each one out of 100 on yes or no checks, adjusted for the type of page.

  • Fetchable and readable: crawler access, and text present before scripts run
  • Answer-first structure: headings, direct openings, tables and lists
  • Structured data: with a draft of what is missing
  • Question coverage: whether the page answers what buyers ask
  • Benchmark: the same checks on the pages AI cited for that keyword

The score measures how citable a page is. It is not a promise of citation.

Insights & action plan

Specific fixes, ranked by impact

The report ends with what to do. Each action states the evidence from the collected answers, what to change, and whether it is a content or a developer task.

  • Get named for keywords where you are absent
  • Move up where a competitor is named first
  • Become the cited source where others tell your story
  • Earn coverage on the third-party sites AI relies on
  • Fix technical blockers on your own sites
Illustrative example

Get named for "threadlocker adhesive"

Evidence. Named in none of the answers. AI names two competitors and cites three other sites.

What to do. Build a selector and comparison page on the product site, with torque charts and data sheets at stable addresses.

Reputation

What AI says when buyers ask about you

Separately from visibility, we ask the questions that name you: comparisons with competitors, product checks, and due diligence on risks. Each answer is rated, low scores are flagged, and you see the claims AI repeats and where they come from.

Change tracking

What moved since the last report

From the second report on, you see headline metrics, rank per keyword, newly named competitors and new sources, compared with the previous period. Earlier actions are checked against the numbers they were meant to move.
