Pricing questions
What is a "buyer question"?
A question a buyer might put to an AI assistant, such as "which suppliers should I consider for food-safe carton sealing?". Each is asked on every assistant on each collection. More questions mean steadier numbers and more keywords covered.
What are "pages scored"?
Pages on your own sites that we fetch and score for AI readiness, then compare with the pages AI cited for the same keyword.
What is a "collection"?
One round of asking every tracked question on each AI assistant and saving the answers. Each plan runs one automatically every week and builds a report from it. "Run now" in the portal starts an extra one, up to the monthly number shown.
What is the difference between Self-serve and Managed?
The data and reports are the same. On Self-serve you read the reports and act on them yourself. On Managed, Techxot researches and agrees the set-up with you, reviews each report, and walks you through what to do. Managed Growth adds page audits, reputation questions and help implementing fixes.
How do I get started on Self-serve?
Run the free snapshot for your website, then tell us you want to continue. We turn the snapshot into your account and email you a sign-in link to your portal.
How do agency plans work?
An agency plan covers a number of client brands. Each client gets 40 buyer questions in up to two markets, collected weekly, with ten pages scored. You add clients from your agency dashboard, review what we track for each, and share each brand with the client if you wish. On Agency Growth, your clients' reports and emails carry your agency's name, logo and colour.
Can my clients see each other, or see Techxot?
No client ever sees another. A client you share a brand with sees that brand only. On Agency Growth, reports and report emails carry your branding instead of ours.
Can we start small?
Yes. The free snapshot costs nothing, and Self-serve covers one market. You can move up when you want more questions, markets, pages or our team's help.
